Home School Athletic Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation in our Volleyball Clinics and Tryouts.
 

Registration will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and will require the following:
- your athlete available for signatures
- health insurance card
- doctors' information
- medical history for your athlete 
- emergency contact (other than parents) information

- you will be charged $20 plus processing fee per athlete at the end in order to complete your registration
You will need to download, fill out, sign and upload 2 documents.  

**ALL athletes trying out must bring a current (within 2025) sports physical with them to the first open gym or tryout you attend - this is an HSAA policy. Please know the sports physical doesn't have to be from your primary doctor - it can be from CVS Minute Clinic, Urgent Care, chiropractor, etc. 

*** Please also note, volleyball registration does not guarantee a spot on a HSAA volleyball team.  

There is a $20 fee (plus processing fees) per athlete to tryout this year.
